Search your destination’s name on sites like and for a quick snapshot that shows which aspects of your destination pique the interest of the online community. Tools like this are a useful supplement to feedback collected through the destination’s social media channels or through formal visitor surveys and market research. Dig deeper into the stories people are sharing online – you may be surprised at what has people talking.
