Destination Think Virtual Forum began today with a presentation on strategic planning for uncertain times led by our Chief Strategist William Bakker. William unpacked a critical and pressing topic for destination marketing organization (DMO) leadership: data collection, analysis, and scenario development through the COVID-19 pandemic.  

He also answered crowdsourced questions along with Destination Think’s CEO Rodney Payne.
